The UAB basketball team is coming off its first win of the season, but its unlikely to go unnoticed by NBA teams that were able to snag a first-round pick in this year’s draft.
According to NBA draft expert Chris Mannix, the Blazers could potentially land the team’s first-rounder in this years draft, which could be in the top three or even in the first round.
The Blazers are looking for help from the NBA’s free agency pool as they attempt to rebuild their roster following the departure of former star Damian Lillard.
With a roster consisting of some of the NBA game’s brightest young talent, the Portland Trail Blazers could find themselves in the position of needing to add some depth and depth is key in the NBA this year.
The Trail Blazers need a starting center and a shooting guard to fill out their roster, and if they do find themselves with the right pieces in place, they could easily be able to land a star.
While the NBA has been struggling to find a way to get players who can play the position, this year has been a big improvement for the league.
With some players who would otherwise be relegated to the bench, teams have been able to bring in new faces and develop young players in the process.
With that said, there are some players that will likely be left out of the draft pool.
These players will be available in the late second round, and there is a good chance that the Blazers will select a player in the high lottery.
In the case of Kevin Love, the former MVP and 2016-17 NBA MVP has a history of playing for teams that would love to sign him.
He played for the Lakers, Heat, and Timberwolves prior to signing with Portland in 2019.
In the case that Love does not sign with a team this year, the NBA will have to consider bringing in another big name, either by trading or signing a player from another team.
If the Blazers were to select a forward in the third round or later, it is possible that they could select a veteran point guard like John Wall or Kevin Durant.
The Blazers are a team that has been rumored to be looking to add a scorer to their bench, and it would be a big move to sign one of the top scoring big men in the game.
The Portland Trail Blazers have an array of options for a scorer on their roster with a number of potential options, including:Russell Westbrook, DeMarcus Cousins, DeAndre Jordan, Kevin Love (if he doesn’t re-sign with Portland), and Derrick Rose (if his contract is up).
The Blazers have been working to add another scorer and point guard, and while they have had some success with their recent additions, it would make sense to add one of these players to the roster.
