Juventus will play Croatia in their last game before the start of the World Cup after their 2-1 victory over Serbia in Paris on Sunday.
After a 3-0 defeat in the semi-final, the Bianconeri will face the Polish side in their final game before Euro 2016 begins on June 14 in Poland.
The hosts will be looking to improve on their win over Croatia on Sunday after losing 3-2 in extra time to draw 0-0 at home to Shakhtar Donetsk.
They will look to take a lead in the race for third place and a place in next year’s World Cup when they host Belarus on Wednesday.
Juventus will not face either Poland or Belarus at home in the final match of the season and will travel to Russia to face Ukraine on June 20.
Italy will have to face a difficult fixture schedule due to the World Championships.
They play a number of qualifiers at home against Ukraine and Poland, but will then take on Belarus in their group.
They will face Ukraine in their home opener on June 6 and then play Belarus in a rematch on June 11.
Italy’s World Championship campaign kicks off on Friday, June 13.
