二、对待游客有哪些礼貌性用语
在服务过程中，见到客人或与客人通话时必须使用问候语。标准式问候用语的常规做法：在问好之前，加上适当的人称代词，或者其他尊称。时效式问候用语：是指在一定的时间范围之内才有作用的问候用语。如,“早安!”切记问候时一定要面带微笑，语气轻松。
最常用的欢迎用语有：“?8?%8迎!”、“欢迎光临!”、“欢迎您的到来!”通常和问候语连在一起，如旅游从业者见到客人就说：“您好!欢迎光临”。这样能表明自己尊重对方，使对方产生被重视之感。同时，从业者还须向顾客主动施以见面礼，如注目、点头、微笑、鞠躬等等，若客人主动握手，则应礼貌地回应客人，与之握手。送别用语主要有“感谢光临，欢迎下次再来”等等。需要注意的是，送别乘飞机的客人忌讳说“一路顺风”，因为顺风情况下不利于飞机行驶。
通常指的是在请求他人帮忙或是托付他人代劳时，应当使用的礼貌用语。不管是对客人、同事、朋友、家人还是陌生人，这种情况下都要加上一个“请”字，或者礼貌地说“麻烦您”“拜托您”。如“王先生，麻烦您填一下这个表格”注意语气应柔和不能生硬，更不能用命令式的口吻来说。旅游从业者在请求客人帮忙或客人代劳时也应当使用礼貌的请托用语。

服务过程中，需向客人进行征询时，要使用必要的礼貌语言，才会取得良好的反馈。如“请问，我可以帮您吗?”
当服务不到位或出现差错时，应真诚地向客人道歉。如“十分抱歉，让您久等了!”同时，从业者要表现出诚恳的态度。
在服务中，从业人员应根据场合适时地对客人表示祝贺，如“节日愉快”““祝你们旅途愉快”“祝您身体健康”等等。这样做不但是一种礼貌，也是一种人之常情。
拒绝别人，也是一门艺术。在工作中有时也需要拒绝他人，此时必须语言得体，态度友好，不能直言“不知道”、“做不到”、“不归我管”、“问别人去”等等。那样做只能激化矛盾，使工作变得被动，而应根据情况尽可能帮助客人解决，实在办不到应诚恳地表示遗憾，如“很遗憾或很抱歉，不能帮您”。
在服务过程中，从业者所使用的应答用语是否规范，往往直接地反映其服务态度、服务技巧和服务质量。重要的是，一般不允许对客人说一个“不”字，更不允许对其置之不理。工作中遇到客人提出的要求或问题超出能力范围，此时，不应简单地说：“对不起，我不太清楚”或者“对不起，这个我管不了”，而应诚恳地说：“对不起，这件事我不太清楚，您稍等，我帮您去问一下”，问完之后一定要给客人回信儿，否则不仅仅是失礼，还会引起客人投诉。
